Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cricksx, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game, promotion, or feature offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use any part of the cricksx platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cricksx platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with cricksx's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or payment-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document published on the cricksx platform, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of cricksx is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. cricksx operates a strict 18+ only policy and takes all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.

You further confirm that you are accessing cricksx voluntarily for entertainment purposes and that participating in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. cricksx reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited to such an account will be reviewed in accordance with our fraud and minor-protection procedures, and winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on cricksx, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cricksx. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. cricksx uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts, including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cricksx strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify the cricksx support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. cricksx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• KYC documents (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) may be required before withdrawal processing is approved.
• cricksx reserves the right to request proof of address and source-of-funds documentation at any stage.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy, as communicated to registered account holders.

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Banking

All deposits and withdrawals on cricksx are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports a range of local payment methods familiar to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for mobile financial service transactions, and direct bank transfers from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank for larger transactions. No hidden currency conversion fees are applied to any BDT transaction.

Deposits are credited to your cricksx account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. cricksx reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected account holders.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the cricksx payments team within the timelines published in the cashier section. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within one to three hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless an exception is approved by the payments team.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonuses expire if requirements are not met in time.
• cricksx reserves the right to apply game contribution weightings to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games a lower percentage).
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through systematic exploitation, hedging strategies across multiple accounts, or any other prohibited technique will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on cricksx — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket and sports events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. These rules are published in the sportsbook section of the platform and constitute part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. It is your responsibility to read the applicable market rules before placing any bet.

Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by cricksx, it is binding and may not be amended or cancelled by the player. cricksx reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been suspended due to a data feed failure, or where information has come to light that indicates the integrity of the event may have been compromised.

Casino games — including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, and crash games such as Aviator — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Prohibited Conduct

cricksx maintains the integrity of its platform through a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited conduct. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one cricksx account, whether under your own name or via third parties.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic techniques, including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account wagering, or any method not aligned with the spirit of the promotion.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods for deposits, or initiating chargebacks against legitimate transactions.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of, or influence over, the outcome; participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sport.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games without prior written approval from cricksx.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in any game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using cricksx to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. cricksx is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, system malfunctions, or any other technical error to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

Account Suspension & Closure

cricksx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

You may voluntarily close your cricksx account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English-language support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.

Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool available to all cricksx account holders. Initiating a self-exclusion is treated as an account closure request for the duration of the exclusion period. • Accounts suspended for policy breaches may have their balances frozen pending investigation. Investigation outcomes are final.
• cricksx will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension where this is operationally and legally permissible.
• Accounts closed due to fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation will have all associated balances forfeited without right of appeal.
• Voluntary closure requests submitted via the 24/7 support team are processed within one business day.

Limitation of Liability

cricksx provides its platform, games, and sports betting services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricksx, its directors, employees, partners, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of betting opportunities, loss of winnings due to technical error, or financial loss resulting from decisions made based on platform content.

cricksx's total aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits cricksx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

cricksx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the cricksx platform. The updated terms will specify the effective date from which they apply.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the cricksx platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to arrange voluntary account closure.
